- Led the data platform & privacy roadmap: 12+ end-to-end use cases, business/IT/legal arbitration, Data & Privacy steering, and delivery through UAT and rollout.
- Turned a GCP platform into a business-facing product: self-service segmentation, CRM cockpit, data catalogue, owners, data quality standards, and BI enablement.
- Structured a global GCP CDP: 18M+ contacts, 32 countries, 100+ segments/month, Dataiku scoring, Adobe Campaign activation, and campaign launch time reduced from 3-7 days to under 24h.
- Implemented a Data Galaxy catalogue: 45+ CRM tables, 7 BI datamarts, business/technical definitions, lineage, certification levels, and domain data owners.
- Led GDPR and privacy-by-design delivery: OneTrust across 5 domains, legitimate interest and impact assessments, rights requests, collection, retention, and consent rules, CNIL audit readiness.

- Designed a GCP data platform from scratch for the group: IAM, security, Terraform, BigQuery DWH, GCS/Airflow ingestion, tables, and views.
- Built a Single Customer View: Python deduplication of 20M+ French contacts, cross-brand identity resolution, and customer enrichment.
- Connected 5 brands into a GDPR-compliant multi-company database in the La Redoute M&A context.
- Led group data adoption: 10M+ enriched contacts, Google/Criteo/Facebook retail media activation, Criteo campaigns 15% cheaper.
- Executive communication, C-level Tableau/Power BI dashboards, and direct management of one Data Engineer.
