Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, two privacy-friendly services provided by Vercel Inc. (USA). Web Analytics helps us understand how visitors navigate the site. Speed Insights measures page performance (loading times, responsiveness). Neither service uses cookies.
These services collect only anonymized, aggregated data. Web Analytics records page views, referrers, and general usage trends. Speed Insights records performance metrics such as page load speed. No personal information such as IP addresses or user agents is stored by either service.
Strictly Necessary Cookies
This website only uses strictly necessary cookies for requested functionality, exempt from consent under ePrivacy Directive Article 5(3) and CNIL guidelines:
Language preference (NEXT_LOCALE, USER_LOCALE_CHOICE): store your language choice so the site displays in the right language across visits. Duration: 1 year. Type: first-party, strictly necessary.
Authentication (authToken): HttpOnly, Secure session cookie for password-protected pages. Duration: 1 hour. Type: first-party, strictly necessary.
No cookies for analytics, advertising tracking, or profiling are used on this site.
Contact Form
The form collects the information needed to respond to your inquiry: first name, last name, professional email, type of need, message, and, if provided, company, phone number, and role.
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR: it allows us to respond to a contact or mission request.
Submitting the form creates an email sent through Resend, our email delivery provider based in the United States. Resend processes the information needed for that delivery: email addresses, reply-to address, subject, technical metadata, and message content.
Resend is used only to send this message to our inbox.
The free-text field is for describing your need. Avoid adding confidential information or data unrelated to your inquiry.
This site does not store the message in a database or CRM. Our email copy is kept for up to 3 years after last contact, in line with CNIL recommendations for commercial inquiries.
Your IP address is processed temporarily in server memory to limit abuse and spam (Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR: legitimate interest). It is not stored.
Your data is used only to understand and respond to your inquiry. It is not sold or used for marketing.
International Data Transfers
This site uses Vercel for hosting and Resend to send contact form emails. Both providers are based in the United States.
Vercel may process technical data related to site access. Resend may process the information contained in your message to send it by email.
Transfers outside the European Union are covered by Vercel and Resend data processing agreements, with GDPR safeguards: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses depending on the case.
Vercel and Resend may use subprocessors to provide their services.
Your Rights
For personal data submitted through the contact form, you have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction of processing, or to object to processing at any time by writing to contact@olivetti.ai.
You can delete preference and authentication cookies at any time through your browser settings. This will reset your language preference and require re-authentication for protected pages.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés), the French data protection authority, at www.cnil.fr.
